An absolutely fantastic place. You have to earn it a little, but it's worth it! Great panoramic view of the mountains and Lake Constance. Two wooden huts invite you to take a rest, and everything is available for a barbecue. If you have a sleeping mat and sleeping bag with you, you could also spend the night here. A few meters further on is the Naturfreundehaus, which welcomes guests at the weekend.

Open all year round and served by volunteer nature lovers, Saturday from around 1330 to Sunday around 1800. The house also offers overnight stays for groups on weekends or all week for camps. The house as a destination for hikes, for mountain bikers with and without motor or gravel bikers

The climb is very worth it! The view is legendary and the barbecue area is beautifully maintained.

There is a very nice barbecue area on the Kaienspitz. A covered grill with rust and wood is also available. The area is fenced in and equipped with several tables and benches and you can enjoy beautiful views of Lake Constance and the Alpstein.

On beautiful paths across meadows and forest paths from Heiden to Kaienspitz you can enjoy wonderful views of Lake Constance and the higher you get to the mountains. At Kaienspitz itself there is also the beautiful view of the Alpstein. A very nice and worthwhile goal. At the Kaienspitz there is a barbecue area with grillage and wood and also with tables and benches.
