Alternative ascent to the Gurnigel past the Gürbenfall

A particularly interesting and adventurous stretch of the route around the Hinterstockensee and on the way to the Oberstockensee.

The Menigbach has eaten a wild bed in the stone and falls in many places on various stone steps in spectacular cases. Just above the bridge a wide waterfall is clearly visible. For other cases you have to partially climb a piece directly in the streambed.

Is a simple, very pleasant circular walk. Inflow from the valley station to the Hinterstockensee it is a little less than an altitude kilometer. Of course there is also the cable car available.
