There are three nice barbecue areas in the Wiesentäli - we were able to use the Wiesentäli barbecue area to grill sausages. With a fountain with fresh water. See also https://grillstelle.ch/grillstellen/810/wiesentaeli/uebersicht

Beautiful Bachtobel is fun to drive there, treats the hikers with respect and gives them the right of way 😊

Very beautiful, amazingly quiet valley - you don't have the impression of being so close to the Limmattal and the Agglo. But beware: the owners of Hof Wiesental have apparently had very bad experiences with passers-by. The little road that leads right past the farm may not even be used on foot...

There's something going on in the Wehrenbachtobel all year round. Today, with temperatures reaching 35°C, you can see children and adults cooling off in the various depressions, while there's a barbecue going on.
