One of several ravines on the right bank of Lake Zurich. Especially worthwhile in spring: the rushing stream carries a relatively large amount of water, the birds chirp particularly loudly and the still small foliage lets the light of the sun and enchants the many waterfalls.

The entire route from the TCS car park in Girenbad (Hinwil) to Hinwil is almost twice as long as the marked segment, which makes up the secluded part of the route.
