The history of the Anabaptists is very interesting and this site (cave) has a lot to tell. Good shoes are an advantage, although I always walk very well in barefoot shoes, especially on paths like this. We were out and about in sunshine ☀️, in November, but it is cool in the cave, so please not only wear good shoes, but also appropriate clothing 😉. I hope you have a lot of fun 🙋🏻♂️

Luckily, it's still mostly an insider tip. When the lakes are already lukewarm in midsummer, it's still really refreshing here. Cool "bathtubs", impressive ways to cool off. Great. Driving ban on weekends, so not too crowded.

The path through the ravine always leads nicely along the stream. Again and again there are small stream steps with small and larger waterfalls. You can also admire water wheels, which are dismantled depending on the season. The path is shady and would actually be "only" for pedestrians (I have to write here as a biker) *wink*

The largest and most impressive waterfall in the valley, with a huge cauldron, several pools and just a WOW effect when you climb down. But be careful of stones that can come loose from the overhang, you'll send those coming down next to you a little off. Otherwise, a really well-secured area.
