You can go up Baba Dagi with the Babadag Teliferik (gondolas) from the upper part of Ölüdeniz town. Officiall, the opening hours are from 10am to 10pm, but it actually starts earlier for the paragliders during paragliding season.

The start was the HAPIMAG holiday complex. In 1 hour and 5 minutes you are at the top of the local mountain at the transmitter. Sturdy shoes - like sneakers - are sufficient to get a fantastic view of the bays around the HAPIMAG Sea Garden resort. On the way through the forest in the upper area we also found porcupine quills.

“Babadağ” Mount, located in nearby Ölüdeniz close to Fethiye, is the most popular paragliding spot of Türkiye. It is almost 2,000 meters high, so you'll have to make sure you're dressed warmly since there's ice year-round at the top. From Babadağ, you paraglide over vast blue sea, and then swim in the unique waters of Ölüdeniz or rest on its beach after you enjoy its spectacular scenery in bird's eye view.
