Very beautiful walk. Lovely jungle setting with lots of butterflies. Easy to start with but more challenging in the last 500m. As said before lots of fording the river so wear trail shoes or trekking sandals. Last part of walk involved wading up the river to reach the tall falls. Worth it though.

This waterfall is ok. It costs 100 baht for foreigners in Dec 2023. If you have a car you pay too, but I'm on 🚲. I've seen better in Thailand .

This is not a route for people with average walking skills. The route after the first waterfall is very slippery. Thereby we hit a dead end or lost the trail so had to stop earlier. Unfortunately.

The waterfall consists of particularly non-slip rock and it is great fun to climb up or down the waterfall. There are additional ropes attached.

Dreamlike place! However, the way from Walhalla is not to be underestimated. Enough time for the way back. Definitely take swimwear with you. 😉
