A little south of Ulbjerg Klint lies a small lake. It is an old marl pit. Between 1914 and 1916, marl (calcareous clay) was mined here for agricultural purposes.

The cycle path runs right through the campsite, which is beautifully situated by the fjord. We recommend.

You can observe nature from the lookout, binoculars are available. Inside the lookout, the history of the origins and transformation of the lake is explained, as well as which birds can be found on the lake.
