Beautiful waterfall, even when the riverbed is dry the water still flows.

The upper waterfall is only accessible when the water level is low, as you have to cross the stream frequently. Unless you want to wade through the water barefoot, though, with the large and small stones and the risk of slipping, it's not without risk of injury!
