The buildings within the castle enjoy the protection of the castle walls. The Borgo houses a restaurant that invites you to linger. Today, it is the heart of the Castello di Spessa Resort, featuring an 18-hole golf course, the Hosteria del Castello, a winery, a wine shop, the La Tavernetta al Castello restaurant, the Il Gusto di Casanova bistro, apartments, and meeting and event spaces.
