It has a special nuance, only in spring, when the water is not disturbed. The landscape is very beautiful, the ideal area for hiking, but I also saw cyclists in the area. It is worth visiting

Beautiful lake, but it is all contaminated with garbage. Not a single centimeter is clean. The garbage is not just what the picnickers left behind, but also household garbage. What a shame.

Great spot to rest before the ascent to Vf Pietrosu.

Beautiful lake with the shape of Romania 🇷🇴 (with a little bit of imagination) 😁 You can get there in 2-3 hours, depending on your rythm. From the lake you're ~2 hours far away from Pietrosul Rodnei. Here, at the lake, you can camp, near the meteo station. I recommend it! You can see amazing flowers, but also animals (we saw eagles and marmots).
