It's a good climb to the summit from Link Rd with lots of stairs and in places the track has washed away.

The route is classified as "average" but I certainly think it tends towards "difficult". The number of elevation meters is over 1000 meters, so you can speak of a tough tour.

I was not up there (the route to the summit was closed), I just hiked past it on the normal path (Tongarino Alpine Crossing), but it is a fascinating mountain with picturesque clouds.
