What a sleepy and idyllic place.

Camping Münstertal is a very nice and very clean campsite. On arrival the Workman takes the caravans to the pitch, a great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. From here you can make great hikes or mountain bike tours. Guided tours of the site are also offered. The site also offers an outdoor/indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. I can only recommend 😊

Great excursion for the whole family, starts at a forest car park with a barbecue and playground attached. The path is lined with ancient trees, a fountain, a monastery with a monastery garden, meadows with grazing cattle. It is not a strenuous path, even if it is always slightly uphill. The last stretch (approx. 100m) to St. Valentin is a little steeper, but can be mastered without any effort. The delicious food, the very friendly, young hosts form a wonderful conclusion in the midst of nature and the ambience of a rustic garden. and cottage restaurants.

Famous for its pancake creations

The "Etzenbacher Höhe" observation tower is signposted as "Altes Schloss" and stands on the spot where Horburg Castle once stood at 680m. More information: https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burg_Horburg The hut on rock offers a beautiful view and limited space. The strenuous climb is worth it.

The Burestube restaurant is an excellent place to stop at the campsite.

Exhausting climb and no real view, but still a very unusual place ⛰️😍
