Reaching the southern tip of Peetzigsee is quite a challenge! There's even access to the lake here, but the view isn't as breathtaking as you might have hoped. Swimming is hardly possible here, or at least not enjoyable, because the bottom is soft and muddy.

Templin's city wall has a total length of 1.7 kilometers. Measured by area, Templin is the largest city in the Uckermark district of the state of Brandenburg. Despite its population of only around 16,000, it is the eighth-largest city in Germany.
