The Sulzbach flows into the Krems River near Halbarting. This point is located directly on the Krems Valley Cycle Path (R10), which runs from Neuhofen an der Krems to the Traun River and offers numerous scenic stretches. The cycle path offers particularly beautiful views of the estuary. The Sulzbach itself is an approximately 20-kilometer-long right tributary of the Krems River, with its source south of Nussbach at approximately 605 meters above sea level. It flows through the communities of Adlwang, Pfarrkirchen near Bad Hall, and Rohr im Kremstal before flowing into the Krems River near Halbarting. Overall, the confluence of the Sulzbach and the Krems River represents both a scenically attractive spot for cyclists and an ecologically important body of water.

Caritas Senior Citizens' Home, Hall Castle The castle was originally a "liberated aristocratic residence" in 1644, originating from a bourgeois house. Hall was owned by the Trautmannsorfs until 1848, then by bourgeois owners. In 1941, the building was acquired by the Diocesan Caritas Association and converted into a retirement home. During World War II, it housed South Tyrolean resettlers; in 1944, the Linz Children's Hospital was housed here. In 1948, it was returned to Caritas, and since 1949, a Caritas retirement home has operated here. The building is two-story and has a tin-roofed mansard tower. The masonry is structured with plasterwork and has diamond-shaped ashlars at the corners.

In 1279, Feyregg Castle was mentioned in a document from the Lambach Abbey. The early medieval part of the castle, including the east tower and its immediate surroundings, is still visible from the time of the Followers (until 1407). The old Gothic gate, as well as a bay window and various vaults, can still be seen in the inner courtyard. Around 1500, the Sinzendorf family built the long wing of the old castle. Around 1600, during the Peasants' War, Feyregg suffered greatly and, after the Peasants' War, was sold to the Spital am Pyhrn Abbey in 1629. It became the residence of the provosts. This was arguably Feyregg's most prosperous period. It was also at this time that the castle was extensively rebuilt and given a Baroque style by the Upper Austrian architect Prunner. In 1809, the Spital am Pyhrn Abbey was dissolved, and in 1812, the well-known wealthy merchant Franz von Plank, a native of Linz, purchased the Feyregg estate. Otto and Ruth Harmer purchased the castle and the farm in 1937. It was thoroughly renovated that year, and in 1969, the hotel "Schloss Feyregg" was established in the old castle, offering all the modern amenities.
