The pond is very pretty and the grounds are well maintained, but there is not much life to be found apart from a water lily and smaller aquatic plants...

Large campsite, but if you want a direct view of the Moselle, you have to book early enough. Nice shady places

A really nice and clean campsite. Everything is possible from here: cycling, hiking and various water sports. We recommend!

Biotope pond on the Fohlbach Following the suggestions of the Heimat und Verkehrsverein Liesenich eV, after lengthy negotiations and strict conditions imposed by the nature conservation authority, the Heimat und Verkehrsverein Liesenich eV created a biotope pond in 1995: Thanks to many volunteers and a generous donation from a Liesenich citizen, a piece of nature could benefit the Flora and fauna are created. Formerly used as pastureland, later overgrown and criss-crossed by blackberry hedges and barbed wire, today one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the region runs through this piece of nature.
