A very nice hut between Schopp and Schmalenberg in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. You can also spend the night in the hut. Nice place to take a break.

The PWV hut managed by the Thaleischweiler-Fröschen local association is located directly on the Steinenschlossweg, which at six kilometers is a pleasant short tour to the nearby ruins of the Steinenschloss.
