Coming from Henau, the steps in the direction of Schwarzerden are very steep and wet. Challenging to drive but also easy to push and definitely worth a little detour and some effort. A really great place to stay.

If it's wet, please be careful, the bridge is very slippery. Iron sticking out on the steps. Watch after !!!!

It's advisable to get off your bike if coming from the north as it's quite a steep descent over steps to the bridge.
