An unusual shape, but one that offers plenty of space in bad weather

Shelter with barbecue area, affectionately called the "Palace of the Winds" by the locals. Unfortunately, the playground with climbing house, slide, swings and cable car is just as run down as the barbecue area including the shelter (roof). Hopefully the community will take action under a new and modern local administration and have the facility restored! The location of the area is ideal for such leisure facilities for walking, hiking and cycling. A community can't just accept that such opportunities can be ruined by senseless vandalism, can they?
