In the wooden shelter directly along the path, there are several signs about the game reserve and the association—from care and feeding to products made in-house (some of which are available from the vending machine). It's a good place to stop to learn more about the facility. Tip: Bring small change/EC debit cards for the vending machine, follow the signs, keep dogs on leashes, and keep your distance from the fence.

The Reidelbach hiking hut is run by the civic association and is open to everyone. It's a beautiful spot with a drinks bar for donations. A fantastic place.

A good place to take a break. It's not very pretty, but It provides shelter form the elements, and there is plenty of room to sit.
