Going down was a pleasure, going up was not so much fun because of the heavy traffic.

A somewhat wild gorge, not much sunlight, so the stones are smooth and slippery, so be careful.

As a descent (e.g. coming from Kandel) it is pure fun! Fast and not particularly technically demanding, so absolutely suitable for beginners. The road surface is in very good condition.

A nice, quiet place with seating by the pond, which is actually called Krottenweiher. In 2004, a sedimentation basin was built in the rear part of the pond to collect suspended solids. A way in the "we give each other nothing" mode. Overgrown, narrow and through a partly narrow gorge. This makes hiking a small challenge and a lot of fun

Very impressive with great paths along the stream

Nice route with a view of the rooftops of Freiburg. With good visibility you can see as far as the Vosges.
