바텐도르프‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪9‬개의 호수

아이헨휠(Eichenhüll) 연못(아이헨휠러 연못이라고도 함)은 소위 휠 연못으로, 물이 부족한 프랑켄슈바벤 고원 지대에 특징적인 수역입니다. 석회암 고원에서는 빗물이 즉시 카르스트 지반으로 스며들기 때문에, 이러한 인공적으로 조성되거나 방수 처리된 연못들은 과거에 생존에 필수적이었습니다. 이 연못은 아이헨휠의 농부들에게 가축을 위한 중앙 식수 공급원이었습니다. 또한 화재 발생 시에는 마을의 가장 중요한 수자원 비축지 역할을 했습니다. '휠'이라는 용어는 정착지의 핵심을 형성했던 이러한 유형의 마을 연못에서 직접 유래했습니다. 부활절에는 연못이 항상 매우 볼 만하게 장식됩니다.

There's a lovely pond next to the sports field. A nice playground is also there.

Unfortunately, the blue sea currently no longer has as much water as a sea should.

After rain it is quite full and you can walk right past it.

Below the former "Hustenburg Kutzenberg" a theater workshop has now been set up in an old building called "Gut Kutzenburg", which mainly hosts the "Franconian Theater Summer". Shortly after the drive through (temporarily closed due to theater preparations) there is a large fish pond on the left. It looks very idyllic. Especially in autumn when the surrounding vegetation is reflected in the water. So more of a place to rest and relax than a "high-speed event location". Very suitable for seniors ;-)

Nice little spring but, in very warm temperatures, the spring is unfortunately dry

Interesting karst spring of geological significance. When I visited in early May, the pool was well filled and even shimmered a little blue. But that is supposed to be the exception. In summer there is usually nothing in it - actually typical for a karst area.

The "Blue Sea" lies under a rock overhang. However, it is mostly dry, which is no surprise, since we are in a dry valley. After the snow melts or heavy rainfall, however, the valley is barely passable, if not flooded.
