Currently (2025) there is a large sign at the spring saying that the water is not drinkable. It's a shame, we were able to taste it on our last visit...

The grill hut is located east of Bodenbach in a small, old quarry called Steinkaul. Due to the very idyllic and quiet location outside of the village, the celebrations here are particularly romantic and stylish. The evening scenery with the illuminated rock face is particularly impressive. Rental inquiries via the local community of Bodenbach

A bike bus runs back and forth from daun until the end of October. Every 2 hours. I have already done that. Only to recommend.
