Beautiful swimming lake. Our gravel bike tour was interrupted with a quick dip in the lake. It was worth it, especially given the 32-degree heat that day.

Public bathing area. On the sandy bottom, you can easily get into the water without bathing shoes.

The lake is beautiful, but dogs are unfortunately forbidden 24/7. There is also no dog beach.

Beautiful new seating area, right next to the bike path in the shade. There's even a garbage can! Next to it in the forest is a pond with an information board about newts (which could possibly be in the pond).

The Karsquelle is a little bigger than I thought. It's incredibly clean, clear and quiet. Like a mirror surface it lies in front of you, simply spectacular what Mother Nature has to offer.

Very idyllic place to take a little break. In front of the chapel is a large chestnut tree and next to it is a stone table with two benches. On the other side of the path is the little pond; many dragonflies buzz around here.
