Fantastic descent and (at least on Saturday morning) little traffic.

The descent into the valley is quite a challenge; the path is narrow, partly steep and, in our case, a bit slippery due to the wetness.

A very beautiful path leads along the Bornichbach valley down to the mill.

Beautiful road to roll with good asphalt. Lots of traffic (especially motorbikes) on weekends. Very pleasant to drive during the week and especially in the evening.

Yes, a classic among road bikes. Always chic up and down. The valley is also worthwhile in winter when the Wisper freezes.

Digestible clear water We crossed the Bornich directly on the Rheinsteig hiking trail. We had already left our MTB a few kilometers earlier and unfortunately also left the drinking bottles on the bike. The water of the Bornich is clear and has a very good taste. We strengthened ourselves with it, it did us good.
