Since 1981, the Waldcafé Corell has been a popular meeting place in the middle of the Niendorfer Gehege. The log cabin is easy to reach on foot, by bike or by car. The kitchen offers seasonal specialties such as asparagus, game dishes and hearty home cooking. Cool drinks lure you onto the large terrace in summer. In winter, it offers a cozy place to stop off to escape the bad weather.

The hut is ideal to reach with a gravel bike or MTB, but other cyclists can also reach the hut. From here you have a view of the Altonaer Volkspark and can protect yourself from it when it rains. If you want, you can take a break in the hut. Seats are available. The Volksparkstadion, among other things, is in the immediate vicinity.
