In the latter sense, a practical rest hut with enough space and benches on three sides.

Refuge located on the saddle under the Mönchskopf with the crossroads from the Kesselbachtal / Melchiorweg / junction to Leuscheid-Hesselbach / Försterweg. No view, but good protection in rain / thunderstorms for hikers and bikers. If there is a fireplace, please do not ignite it! The hut has already burned down due to carelessness.
