As the name suggests, here is the five mill valley. There is a lot to discover on the section. Deer, deer, restaurants, pauses, rain shelters, lake, golf course makes you on the way and discovered this valley.
The quarry is a relic from times long past and has not been "in operation" for a long time. Nevertheless, it is beautiful to look at the rock formation - it almost looks as if you can "see" different centuries.
The upper layers of the Heuchelberg ridge are largely uniform. Through the quarry, however, there is a ravine-like section, which is also a geologically interesting outcrop, as the reed sandstone that forms the massif of the Heuchelberg becomes visible here.
