Nice corner... here you can see how important beavers are for our nature and irrigation systems. Unfortunately, the lowlight in this corner is the chicken farm right next to it. Here there may be Animals kept that have not seen daylight in their entire lives. More than sad... these contrasts.

I've seen many beautiful spots in the Rhön, but the big Nalle is at least in the top 5! Just genius!

The geotope "Devil's Inkwell" here on the Farnsberg is rightly one of the main attractions of the Black Mountains 👍

Undoubtedly an absolute highlight in the Black Mountains. The only thing that would have been nicer was the view from the basalt hilltop, which was there at the time and was dismantled. Absolute hiking highlight and highly recommended. As tempting as it is, bathing is prohibited here to protect nature and animals in the Black Mountains Nature Reserve. Thank you for sticking to it and contributing to the protection of nature. - Rhön biosphere reserve

Anyone who walks across the Nalle with open eyes has many small natural treasures to discover. The distant views are also super nice.
