Beautiful, leisurely route through nature

In August better bring a machete or long clothes;-) the stinging nettles are difficult to penetrate...easily passable with tires from approx. 32-35 mm and a little profile.

The Bothkamp observatory was a historical research facility from 1870 to 1914. It was on the edge of the estate. Today you can only see the foundation.

The narrow path leads past the castle grounds, as this is not allowed to be entered.

The modest mansion is flanked by two old, remaining covered bills. The one seen from the driveway on the left has already been restored, the second is still waiting.
