This beautiful covered area invites you to linger. 3 benches provide plenty of seating. We had a little picnic with our hiking provisions. There is also a trash can right next to it, so everyone can leave this beautiful place clean for the next hikers.

Nice rest area with shelter if it rains. Very well maintained and quiet location.

The weather hut is now a bit old, but it does what it's supposed to do. The big sign outside saying "No staying after 8pm" probably tells you what the problem is... My impression was: great for shelter, there are lots of nicer places in Olfen for a pleasant break!

The Schützenhütte in Ermen offers a lot of space and, like the place in front of it, it is very well maintained!

The shelter makes a very solid impression and should withstand any weather. Even a few bicycles can find space here.
