Fantastic views, especially in late autumn, when the fog in the valley does not clear.

We stayed at the Koglerhof on our hike from Hungary back to Switzerland. Everything was fine. We felt very comfortable.

Very good food and action possible on the archery course in the area. It can get pretty crowded here on weekends.

Along with the Fuxenkogel, the Sonnberg is one of the “meadow peaks” on the “Oberambacher-Höhenweg”. There used to be no chapel there. But it fits here so well, as if it had always been there.
