A fantastic red gravel track runs along the edge of the lake on the embankment, giving marvellous views over the water. If you're into birds like me, you're in for a treat here, as the lily pads are absolutely teaming with bird life hunting the fish below. An Indian pond heron foraging near the lake's edge was the most fascinating spot for me!
