4월 27, 2025, Sichal Peak (3730 m) Mountain Bike Route
The Shemshak to Dizin route, known as the upper road, starts from the Dizin parking lot inside the Dizin ski resort, which is all dirt, and continues to the bottom of the Darbandsar ski resort. You will pass three peaks on the way: Sichal/Sandoq Chal/Mahmoud Chal. After Sichal, there is a sandy ski area that you must take. After Mahmoud Chal, you will reach Sarlu, which is the highest area of the Darbandsar ski resort, and you will move from inside the ski resort to the parking lot. The best time is summer and the difficulty of the route is 7 out of 10. Approximate time is 6 to 8 hours. Be sure to bring warm clothes, plenty of water, and safety equipment.

A spectacular view of the city. The climb is always worth it. You can hike up straight from the start of the park or take the cable car and hike up the last (steepest) stretch. Cable car costs 700,000 rials for locals and 1.5 million rials for foreigners for a round trip.

You'll experience a magnificent hike seeing all the awesome scenery on the route. (although "awesome" barely describes it!) We saw bears near our camp on the night before our climb to the summit! It was amazing!!😍 Make sure you bring proper warm clothes with you, cause it's always cool up there☺️✌🏼

... to descend. My tour partner had up to 4800 m no problems. After that until 5400 m he said that it is extremely exhausting. The guy (24) comes from Garmisch and otherwise has no problems on the mountain. We are both well trained, but the altitude and wind are just as important. It runs very steeply over loose gravel and dust. The wind is very strong, freezing and blowing dust in the eyes and respiratory system. Despite gloves, individual fingers were slightly numb. The summit climb partly crosses snow / ice fields, crampons were not necessary with us. Passing a fake peak, it's time for the last Hm. The sulfur fumes are in our opinion not as bad as the flying dust. Striking tour, if you are not used to this altitude.

6월 22, 2017, Bargah Sevom Shelter (4,200 m)
Thanks, the previous tips I can all confirm (21:06:17), with the starting point A (Base Camp) is a curve earlier. We were traveling with two of us, without guides and camped the first night at 3200 m, so 200 Hm higher up. Small stone walls provide cover there and the sandy bottom protects the back. Shortly after 3700 m there is a small plateau for a tent (max 3-4 persons). The nights in June are pretty cold. Even during the day, the winds are very strong. The second night we spent in the shelter (4200). It is advisable to do a short acclimatization tour in the afternoon. A guide told us not to climb another 300-400 Hm, stay upstairs for an hour and then back to 4200 to sleep. Personally, I had a lot of height problems. The headaches (pretty bad) were gone after the small acclimatization tour. However, then nausea and vomiting plagued me. I decided the next day, again from ...

12월 21, 2016, Eynali Peak and War Memorial
Eynali is a small mountain range north of Tabriz. The red hills can be seen from everywhere in Tabriz and are a popular hiking destination. The peak of Eynali is at 1800m above sea level. You can also take a lift up, or enjoy the hike and listen to the Azeri music accompanying you on loudspeakers placed along the path. At the top, you can visit a tomb, a memorial to the victims of the Iran-Iraq war, drink a cup and eat a few snacks in the small café or train your muscles some more on open air gym devices. 7월 14, 2016, Mount Damavand Summit
The Damavand with its 5604 m far surpasses all surrounding mountains and is thus the highest mountain of Iran and the entire Middle East. He is one of the highest freestanding mountains in the world. According to Iranian mythology, the dragon Zahak ruled the land for a thousand years, until Fereydun captured him and nailed him to a cliff face on Damavand, where he must live until the end of time.

Easy mountain hike to Mt. Shir Cow. Starting point is above the village Deh Bala, about 50 km from Yazd. From Yazd by Taxi 60,000 Toman (May 2016). Starting point 2500m, shelter with water (2016) and sufficient sleeping facilities, unmanaged in 3500 m. From there very easy to summit. As a day tour feasible. Summit unspectacular with antenna mast, but with a beautiful multi-valleys view.
