The wall has been damming the water of the Teigitsch since 1950. At almost 60 meters, the dam is the highest dam wall in Styria. A footbridge leads pedestrians along the wall. In 2021 the new path for pedestrians was inaugurated.

This is not a bathing lake. Bathing forbidden. Only for fishermen!

Beautiful little lake that is unfortunately littered. Dog waste, diapers, cigarette butts and much more. It's a shame that some people don't appreciate this little paradise.

The pond is not permitted for bathing, it is only fished there. . .

The dam is always interesting to look at. There is a public one at the Ströhbernen Bridge Bathing area and of course a circular hiking trail around the barrier is marked.
