The Reutlingen lakes are hidden in the forest and meadows. They offer a tranquil atmosphere for taking a breather. They're especially popular with birdwatchers – with a little luck, you might spot herons, ducks, and other waterfowl here. A perfect place for a quiet rest.

All rubbish bins were deliberately removed. Everyone should take their rubbish with them 👍 What we missed at the back lakes were benches 🤷

With its own parking lot on Hohlichterrainstrasse. Easy to walk around. Lots of seating around the entire lake.

The Reutlingen lakes are part of the Reutlingen recreation area. The terrain is fairly flat. There is also a "cinder track" that goes around the lakes.
