https://saalburg-beach.com/537-2/ Beautiful campsite with a fine sandy beach. Bistro 42 is located by the water, serving food and drinks. It's beautifully lit in the evenings, and a small beach bar is open. The restrooms could be larger, more spacious, and more convenient.

Everything important about the Bleiloch Dam has already been reported by other Komootlers. When you see the size of the dam, as it has the largest capacity in Germany, you can understand why the dam is also called the Thuringian Sea.

Great trail, but not with a Thule trailer 🙈. Pushing through was only just possible at the point with the fence. The rest of the route was easy to do with an E-Bike MTB.
