The Lettenbachklinge finds its way into the Würmtal between mighty, moss-covered Bundsandstein blocks. The source area of the Lettenbach, which is dammed at the Seehaus, is in the Hagenschieß basin, which is covered by Letten (loam). Klingen are cuts in the terrain that only carry water after rainfall. They offer an ideal habitat for fire salamanders. A steep footpath along the Klinge takes you to the Seehaus.

The Kirnbachtal is very scenic but unfortunately there is only one paved path. Really great by bike but not my style for hiking.
