This site provides a valuable, beautiful and tranquil open space in the middle of urban Bletchley. There is a pleasant circular walk around the lake and an adjoining meadow which has a slight hill for those wishing to walk to the far side. The surfaced footpath around the lake has one or two uneven places, but is generally suitable for wheelchairs. There are picnic tables and benches on the site.

Caldecotte lake is another hugely popular lake in Milton Keynes. With grass bank verges to take in the sunshine and acres of open space to take in the fresh air. Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of the day to day life of the city.

This is a lovely view of one of the spurs of Caldecotte lake and of the river Ouzel for that matter.

This picturesque and tranquil lake located in the city of Milton Keynes offers plenty to do. Whether you're after a scenic stroll, picnic, cycle, or you want to try out some water sports, this is the place for you. If you're after a bite to eat, you can stop at Caldecotte Pub & Grill, located on the eastern side of the lake.

Nice lake that can be found in Marston Vale Millennium Country Park. There are plenty of trails around the lake to chose from, all with that great view of the lake.

Another of Milton Keynes' water features. Not as much in the way of infrastructure as some of the others, but a bit more rugged and picturesque. Good for wildlife spotting/feeding the ducks.

There are some secluded spots, accessible via gaps in the shrubbery, great way to rest your feet or have a quick spot of lunch. Particularly peaceful on a warm sunny day.
