A very scenic park with a large lake for fishing and boating. The usual exercise spaces plus a cafe, clubhouse, Manor House, gardens and gastro pub. Some lovely tracks and trails through the woodland areas. Did I mention the gastro pub.

Albyns Farm Lake is a fantastic place to feed the ducks inside Hornchurch Country Park. Make sure to stop off and enjoy the view.

Lesnes Abbey Woods are noted for fine displays of daffodils and bluebells in season. The woods also have a number of ponds, of which Pine Pond is the largest.

Mega Duck Feeding!

A fishing lake, this little patch of water lies in Ingrebourne Valley Nature Reserve. You can spot plenty of waterfowl here and it's a great spot for a picnic while you're walking in the area. You can walk north through the reserve and through Hornchurch Country Park. The London LOOP walk goes right past.

It's an extremely nice park in the heart of Dartford, I have passed through several times and have loved it each time. There's also a lake in the park with several places to sit and take it all in. Highly recommended visiting.

Nice place to feed the ducks and geese and stop for a picnic.
