Although this section of the hike is not very scenic it makes up for it with the amount of bird life along the trail :)

Picturesque fishing pond set in a large grassy area used to host local events like the travelling fair etc. Situated between the Timberland Trail, Kings's Mill and the Skegby Trail it's possible to cycle around the pond.

Small Pond, clear water, we spotted some beautiful roach with silver body & red fins, mother moorhen & chicks hiding in the flora

A little gem! Bit tricky to find, just off the Skegby Trail but worth the effort. Best access via Stoneyford Road. Popular walking area, you may have to negotiate the odd stile.
