The Redbank Valley Trail follows Redbank Creek for nearly its entire 51-mile run to the Allegheny River. Along the way you'll be treated to excellent views of the creek and have ample opportunity to spot wildlife near, or even on, the trail.

Summerville is a quiet town set along Redbank Creek. A short detour off trail will get you to town where you'll find a convenience store, Dollar General, and an outdoor supply store. The main attraction, however, is Summerville Eats & Sweets. If you can time your visit around breakfast or lunch you'd be crazy not to stop in for a bite to eat!

Historically, this creek powered mills and industries, contributing to the area's growth. Today, it remains a valuable resource, supporting aquatic life and providing recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike. Its winding path offers scenic beauty.
