For me, this is a very nice place, as it is partly located on an island in the middle of a beautiful lake. The facilities at Holma-Saarijärvi campsite include a fire pit, a shed next to the bridge that leads to the island, and an outdoor toilet. Firewood is available and is probably provided by the National Park Authority. There is another campsite on the west bank of the lake that also has a fire pit and an outdoor toilet. Good place to camp eg with bike in summer. Basic but good facilities. Has water and WC block but no showers. On-site cafe / bar / restaurant. Friendly staff. Popular with the boating crowd, but peaceful. Possible to rent SUP boards

The Lähteelä outdoor recreation area in Porkkalka, Kirkkonummi, is the most diverse nature area in Länsi-Uusimaa. The peace of nature combined with functional services makes Lähteelä a great place to stay for a little longer. The Lähteelä outdoor recreation area includes the mainland and a large group of islands. The terrain is varied, with reedy rocky slopes, hills and fields. The Lähteelje has good basic facilities and is suitable for 'wilderness' hiking, for example, camping, birdwatching and nature walks on the mainland, islands or water. It is possible to camp in the area all year round. The Lähteelkä outdoor recreation area also includes the islands of Stora Svartö, Balgesholmen, Notholmen, Tallholmen, Häggviksholmen, Brändholmarna and Mossaholmen, as well as part of the island of Tallgrundet. Iso-Holma boasts a gorgeous little camping area on a peninsula that juts out into the lake. If you're looking to sleep off the beaten track while exploring the wonderful Nuuksio National Park, this is a great option. There's also an outhouse here.
