There are two medieval neck moats on the Wildenburger Kopf, which effectively cut through the plateau. This is where the Hexentanzplatz is located. The name comes from the vernacular. Certainly or probably this has its origin in old cults from the Middle Ages.

The east end of the summit plateau, dominated by quartzite rocks, was named "Hexentanzpplatz" in the Romantic era. The plateau was part of a Celtic fortress.

Very difficult to ride with the MTB, in some places absolutely not passable. Once you get there you have a very nice view up there.

On a small rock formation at the top of the large Rosselhalde offer a great view of the Steinbachtal. The flat, slightly inclined stones are perfect for a break and a photo session.
