Nice straight climb that makes a nice turn at the end. It goes up quite steeply and you can see the climb coming, which makes it extra impressive. The asphalt on the east side near Kleve is not great. When you are at the top and descend towards the west, it is fine. In that respect, it is therefore advisable to ride from east to west. Beautiful - rather unknown - paved passage with a steep climb in the Reichswald. The asphalt is not always well maintained, but really fine to cycle with all bicycles including racing bikes.

The well-known climb in this area, but certainly not the only one. Nice location for climbing training, by taking several tough climbs here with twists and turns, you can quickly achieve a lot of altimeters in total.
