The eagle's nest with its large parking lot serves as a trailhead to Kjeragbolten. The restaurant is rightly called the Eagle's Nest, because it is about 1,000 meters above Lysebotn on the Lysefjord. It offers fantastic wide and deep views. Unfortunately it wasn't open when we visited.
