슈타펠부르크 뫼른스하임은 510미터 높이의 슐로스베르크에 있는 정상 요새로, 912/933년에 콘라트 1세 국왕이 건설했습니다. 1225/28년에 프린스-주교 하인리히 1세가 팔각형 탑이 있는 성채를 요새에 추가했습니다. 성벽 잔해는 접근 가능하며, 잘 보존된 부분은 개인 소유입니다.

"Historic castle ruins on the "Schlossberg" on the northern edge of the village of Graisbach (municipality of Marxheim). The castle was presumably built by the "Edle von Graisbach" as a ministerial castle for the Counts of Lechsgmünd. After the counts' ancestral seat in "Lechsgmünd" was destroyed by Regensburg merchants in 1248, the counts resettled in Graisbach. From then on, they called themselves Counts of Lechsgmünd-Graisbach. The castle was further expanded over the centuries, partially destroyed and rebuilt in the 15th century. In the 18th century, the castle was abandoned and used as a quarry. Stones from the castle were used as building material in the region, for example, for the Danube bridge in Neuburg. Today, only remnants of the castle complex (Pallas, keep, curtain wall, northwest tower, fountain market) can be visited. Of particular note is the well-preserved Romanesque castle chapel of St. Pankratius with its reliefs on the north portal and remnants of the historic wall paintings." Some areas of the Mörnsheim castle ruins can be visited, but not by bike. Down at the end of the street you can cycle up a short, steep path to the garden door of the Ritter family. From there, a few stairs and a short walk lead to the castle ruins, which are still open to the public. However, enter at your own risk.
