In 1979, the recreation facility "Annelsbacher Tal" was built in a scenic location in the west of Annelsbach, which has been open to all visitors since 1980. Annelsbach Lake View over the Annelsbacher See, in the background you can see the Annelsbacher refuge. In the upper, western part, the romantic lake invites you to linger, which was created when the facility was built. It is fed by a stream that flows down from the Rappengrund and on the valley side from the former supply line of the old waterworks. The Annelsbacher refuge is also located here, which the traffic and beautification association likes to use for club activities. Benches are distributed throughout the facility, and in the playground area there are benches with tables that provide the opportunity for a picnic in the green.
