The Wildenauersteig (D, 1+) on the Hohe Wand is an old, classic via ferrata that works almost entirely without steel cable insurance. The Frauenluckensteig is a very original and delightful via ferrata delicacy in the central part of the Hohe Wand. The climax of the climb is the bold iron ladder through the so-called Frauenlucke, a 15 m high, vertical cave shaft.

And if someone absolutely wants to conquer this with their children, then only with security !! A safety rope should be carried for children. Conclusion: The Frauenluckensteig is a spectacular, psychologically demanding, but also short thing, embedded in the wonderful woman. Very eventful.
