A beautiful, easily accessible waterfall. There are many spots above and below the waterfall that are ideal for swimming. The paths are not suitable for bicycles, strollers, or wheelchairs.

The nature reserve is where the village of Bröda once stood, and is made up of an ancient beech forest and open pastures. The pastures and woods lead towards Lake Simlången. It's a wonderful place for hiking and admiring the rich biodiversity.

After a wet period or in the snow and ice, it is very slippery in many places. Walking and hiking poles as well as ice ax coverings may help.

My tour will take about 2-3 hours with photo, exploration and rest breaks over a total distance of about 7.2km to the waterfalls. Sturdy shoes or hiking boots are required. Do not forget drinks and a small snack. For toddlers up to 3 years is a backpack (Kraxe) recommended (can be borrowed from me machistex@gmail.com)

Danska Fall is a Swedish nature reserve surrounding the waterfall system of the Assman River south of Simlångsdalen, in the municipality of Halmstad in Halland County. The Assman flows from Lake Attavarasjön into Lake Brearedsjön, overcoming a height difference of 36 meters in several stages. The vegetation is dominated by beech and oak trees that are between 100 and 175 years old. The flora and fauna include lichens, mosses, fungi, red-breasted flycatchers, grey wagtails, and brown trout. The nature reserve has been part of the Natura 2000 program since December 2005. A forge for the production of bolts, tools, and other blacksmith products operated at the lower part of the waterfall between 1727 and 1749. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danska_fall
